JOB OPENINGS

Position: Production Supervisor

Status: Part-Time Hours: 9am-2pm

Looking for someone who is extremely organized and detail oriented to oversee all event details and coordin. Will support directors, stage managers, instructors, costume department, and props master.  Would be instrumental in assisting with the company fundraising efforts. Must have excellent communication skills, be responsible, be a team player, and meet all deadlines. Candidate sould be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize well.  Would prefer someone with artistic skills but not required.  Pay based on experience​.

Position: Stage Manager

Status: Part-Time

Looking for someone with a positive attitude to stage manage children's musical theatre productions. Will facilitate weekly rehearsals and ensure that all elements of performances run smoothly. Should have excellent communication skills. Will be responsible for weekly parent communication and checking and responding to email.  Must be organized, problem solver, team player, calm and encouraging, and firm but respectful. Must have a high standard for the production - even though we are producing shows for children, our standard is very high. Must enjoy working with children. Would prefer someone who has a stage management background. If you have all the qualifications above but have never stage managed, we are willing to train the right person. Pay based on experience.

Position: Assistant Stage Manager

Status: Part-Time

Looking for someone with a positive attitude to assist the stage manager for children's musical theatre productions. Will assist the Stage Manager and act as a liaison for director, actors, costume designer, and technical department, and ensures that all elements of the performance run smoothly. Should have excellent communication skills. Will be responsible for weekly parent communication and checking and responding to email.  Must be organized, problem solver, team player, calm and encouraging, and firm but respectful. Must have a high standard for the production - even though we are producing shows for children, our standard is very high. Must enjoy working with children. Must have a strong musical theatre background in one or more of the following, performance or directing.  Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Enjoys working with children and can support their growth in a positive, nurturing manner.  Pay based on experience.

Position: Director 

Status: Part-Time

Looking for someone to direct our Elementary Performance Company.  Must have a background in musical theatre. Must have a high standard for the production - even though we are producing shows for children, our standard is very high. Must be a team player working with a Vocal Director, Choreographer, and also able to handle organizing a full production from start to finish. Must enjoy working with children and be able to foster their growth in an encouraging, nurturing manner through positive reinforcement. Previous experience required.  Rehearsals are weekly on Thursday afternoons, with one to two Kids length productions per year.  Pay based on experience.

Position: Instructor / Choreographer

Status: Part-Time

Must have a strong musical theatre background in one or more of the following, performance, directing, or choreography.  Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Enjoys working with children and can support their growth in a positive, nurturing manner.  Pay based on experience.
